The Serger Skirt is a quick take on the ruffled skirt. All you have to do is cut or tear your fabric into strips, serge the strips together into one long strip, use the serger to gather one side of the strip, and turn the strip into layers of ruffles. This is a fun use of your serger. Of course, if you don't have a serger you can gather the layers. The skirt is one size fits most with the waist

- Make one long gathered strip instead of each layer individually
- Attach part of the gathered strip to an elasticized waist "yoke" & keep attaching additional strip parts to each other
- Use a soft, drapeable fabric
